Science behind superstition . In Hinduism there is a belief that in the evening at sunset time (asthamayam), home must light the lamp in order to improve our prosperity, wealth, health, peace and life span and the lamp which we lighten must be made up of bronze filled with gingelly oil or coconut oil . ❔ Is this a superstition or is it have any connection with science ? 🤔 I do believe that it have a perfect science behind this, first of all we should understand that not only Hindu, Islam and Christians also have some tradition belief and custom in connection with sun set time (asthamayam) Christians also lighten the candle at this sunset (asthamayam) time ,in Islamic religion adhan (vanku) is given at this time by hearing this all the women belonging to this religion used to cover their head ,its a type of protection or if they were outside all the men use to go to the Mosque for namas (niskaram) and women get into the home for namas (niskaram) , they try not to
